Not long ago, Julian from the city of Chicago moved to Miami, Florida. He searched the area high and low for the genuine, authentic Mexican cuisine he had grown up with, but couldn’t find anything. So, he decided to take matters into his own hands, and thus, Bien Chido was born. Our founders knew that with a focus on real cuisine, fresh ingredients, and personalized customer service, we’d have a winning combination that could not be beaten.
